We accept arrivals from 2pm.
Early check-in is rarely accepted as we want to ensure the accommodation is up to a high standard for you to enjoy when you arrive. But we will try our best to accommodate your needs, particularly in low season when bookings may not be back-to-back.
It is not always possible for our managers to meet you, and in these instances we provide straight-forward entry instructions in advance.
Accommodation Inclusions to make your stay easy and enjoyable:
In the kitchen:
Hand wash, kitchen paper, dish cloth, washing up liquid, cleaning spray and tea towels.
Coffee, tea, sugar and condiments. For these items we rely on previous guests topping up as they go and leaving behind what they haven’t used.
In general, these items are always available at the house, and we do try to ensure they are, but there may be unfortunate instances when they are not.
In the bathroom and cloakroom:
Hand wash, toilet paper, hand towels. Bath, hand and face towels are available based on the number of people staying.
Beach towels are also provided.
In the bedrooms:
All beds are made up with a hairdryer in each room. Extra pillows and blankets are in the cupboards.
Always contact our managers if you have a problem. They are not super human, but very close.
There is a radio alarm clock in the main bedroom.
In the lounge:
Wi-Fi: switched on and working – you’ll find the password in the blue folder.
The pool and gardens are maintained weekly.
We can help with:
- Taxi/transfers from airport, arranged by our managers. (At the moment the return fare for 4 people between Faro and Luz is €160).
- Car Hire
- Additional maid service on request. Arranged with our managers.
All are paid direct to the service provider.
Included in your stay:
- 7-night booking: 1 towel change and a quick tidy, mid-stay.
- 10+ night booking: Towel and bed linen change and a full clean, mid-stay.
